Diakonia consistently houses 50+ clients, including Men, Women, and Children (currently 12 kids under the age of 18)
Our Food pantry serves over 250 households per month, as well as 3 meals a day to all clients in our Emergency Shelter.
We are available and trained to help with SNAP applications to anyone in the tri-county area.
RRT (Rapid Response Team): Our homeless outreach team supplies immediate assistance to street homeless with basic necessities; food, water, hygiene products and Encouragement.
