Did you know that what you eat can wreak havoc on your hormones? 

Hormones can be disrupted by lifestyle factors such as refined foods and environmental toxins. Among women and men, there are many different signs of hormonal imbalance. Are you eating less and still gaining weight? 

Have you lost your get up and go?  Do you find it hard to sleep at night?  Or maybe you just don’t feel like yourself. These types of symptoms may be harder to pinpoint than typical hormone problems, however, in all of these situations, there are underlying lifestyle issues that prompt imbalances, at any age.

Here’s some tips to get you on the right track :
Be sure to start the day with breakfast that includes lean protein.
Eat small meals every 3 hours.
Avoid starchy and sugary food and beverages.
Choose vegetables or high fiber fruits for snacks.
Take a quality multivitamin and mineral supplement, exercise regularly AND be sure to control stress by giving yourself a break to relax.

God gave us one life, so let’s take care of it…
