Hair Loss

Read Now

Did you know that a well-balanced diet can keep your hair where it belongs... on your head?

On the typical American diet high in fat, sugar and processed foods; hair just doesn’t have a fighting chance. It’s no wonder hair loss and hair thinning is such a problem in our culture.

When your body has to go into overdrive to supply body systems with necessary nutrients just to survive, the first areas to suffer are hair, skin and nails. Hair needs essential fatty acids to support shiny, healthy growth. But these acids are not produced within your body and must be taken from your diet.

Eating flax seed, extra virgin olive oil and fish are great sources of fatty acids. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale and alfalfa plus broccoli and other vegetables deliver vitamins E, C and B that your hair needs to flourish.

With the right nourishment, hair can be healthy at any age.
