Read Now

Did you know the popular herb, Echinacea is not just used to treat colds?

Throughout history people have used Echinacea to treat scarlet fever, malaria and diphtheria. Today people use it to shorten the duration of the common cold and flu and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat, cough and fever.

Many herbalists also recommend Echinacea to help boost the immune system and help the body fight infections. It has also been shown to reduce inflammation and have antioxidant effects. For this reason professional herbalists may recommend Echinacea to treat urinary tract infections, vaginal yeast infections, ear infections, athlete's foot, sinusitis and hay fever. Are you stressed out in your daily activities?

A recent Hungarian study found, when taken in low does, Echinacea may even reduce anxiety. Who knew so many great qualities could come from this little pink flower?  Echinacea, a tough name to say, an easy herb to take.

Do some research and check it out for yourself.
