Did you know that inside air is typically more polluted than outside air?

The EPA says that indoor air contamination is our number one environmental health problem. Amazingly, Scientific American magazine said that when a baby crawls on the floor, he or she breathes in the equivalent of four cigarettes a day of polluted air.

For all our efforts at keeping our homes clean and our families healthy, our modern sealed-in homes and building materials aren't doing us any favors. The bottom line is, no matter how often we clean, we're exposed to toxic chemicals every day.

If you find yourself tired all the time, having difficulty going to sleep, and constantly dealing with a runny nose or itchy eyes, there is definitely hope. Try non-toxic household cleansers. Secondly, invest in a great air treatment system.
